Beautiful decor, Italian Menu, and a wine bar that offers live Jazz on the weekends. Call early to make resovations because they book quickly. For breakfast or a nice lunch across the street from Tosca is Fire King. Same owners and is a bakery, but the menu and wine selection is excellant.
