The ne.food newsgroup discusses Boston and New England restaurants
in more detail. The most reliable guidebook for Boston restaurants
remains the Zagat Guide, now available in a 1995 update.

A few excellent choices of restaurants in the greater Boston area:

 Biba, outstanding but expensive
Olives (Charlestown), get there are 5;30 as no reservations
El Morocco (Worcester): interesting Middle-Eastern and nouvelle cuisine.
Great wine list of selections < $ 25; selection of beers on draught
Tuscan Grill (Waltham): if you like wood grilling, you'll love this place
 owned by
    Boston celebrity chef Jimmy Burke
Au Beaujolais (Gloucester): a neat French bistro; very reasonable
Penguins (Cape Cod): The Cape is nice to visit in the winter.
