I am not familiar with DeParma in the North End, however, you REALLY can't go wrong no matter where you go in the North End. I've been to Tecci's which is pricey, the atmosphere a little stuffy, but the food is great. I've also been to The European a few times which is my all time favorite Italian restaurant anywhere. Not too pricey, more on the casual side, but the food is just to die for.
