Xdisclaimer: No attempt was made to authenticate the sender's name. I just wanted to thank everyone who posted suggestions for the Baltimore area. We had lunch one day at the Rusty Scupper, on the Inner Harbor. The crabcake sandwich was quite good, as was the crab tempura sandwich. Dinner at Gunning's was also pretty good, but as an unseasoned crab eater, I found the prices to be rather high. This was confirmed by the waitress and a native to the area, who mentioned that the crab harvest has been relatively poor in the recent years, hence the increased prices. We also went to Lexington Market for one meal, which is fun as long as you don't mind standing while eating. There was a place in Annapolis called Buddy's or Buddy G's or something like that, which also served good crab with bay seasoning as well as garlic crab. We went to Sabatino's in little Italy for another lunch. We only had their pasta, and none of their other specialty dishes, but it was nevertheless quite good. They make an excellent meat-filled ravioli (made with veal and spinach) and good, generous meatballs. Once again, thanks for the suggestions. Leland LIm
