The only place that comes close (and does a pretty good job of it) is this little place called Kerchs on the north end of Hagerstown. They claim to do it "Southern Style", with only water, vinegar, and spices for thier dip. (They cook over charcoal, on one of those suspended tank-track machines, dipping the meat every revolution). And Ribs? Thier "Ribs" are more like real fat pork chops. Chicken's good. "Ribs" too. But if you have the urge to gnaw on a rack look elsewhere. OBTW..they have a URL--www.ilovebbq.com Cheers, --J
