Favorite Baltimore restaurants:

Tio Pepe's (Spanish $$$$ but tasty!)
Tai Landing (authentic and HOT)
The Tai Restaurant (more americanized but good)
Toia's Cafe (Italian in Towson)
Al Pacino's (Egyptian Pizza)
Helmhand's(Sp?) (Afghani food)
Akbar (very good indian)

I also strongly recommend Tio Pepe's.

Another good place for moderately priced lunch/dinner is M. Gettier's. They have great French food for a reasonable price.
