With all factors there is price? taste? time?

I recommend Gypsy's Cafe for a nice quiet place - they have a nice little menu but of course the best reason is the warm cosy fire in the cold and the outdoor private section during the summer. I have enjoyed many things from their menu including a blackened catfish sandwich or their specials. Don't be alarmed about the waiters/waitresses - in this area nose and naval rings are de rigor.

Also in the same vicinity is Mencken's Cultured Pearl. They serve Mexican food here and you get a bonus of being able to draw on the table cloths in between servings. Check out the specials - its the only place the chef can get to experiment. Say hello to Michelle if shes behind the bar and get her to mix you either a Woo Woo or a Lemon Drop - both killer little shots.

there are many many more wonderful little restaurants in Baltimore - I could go on but you'll get plenty of ideas from here.

have fun hon!
