I'd suggest NOLA Cafe (Emeril Lagasse's place in the Quarter), Anacapri (Andrea Apuzzo's place in the Quarter), Lakeview Harbor on Harrison Ave. in Lakeview (similar to Snug Harbor down in Fauburg Marigny), Vincent's out on Chastant and W. Esplanade in Metairie. That's off the top of my head. I'm sure there are more that aren't immediately coming to mind.
