I've been to Mosca's three times over a 12 year period. The food never changes. Expect to drive right by the place your first time out there. It's a little white roadhouse out in the middle of nowhere. People cannot even agree on the address. Some say Waggaman; some say Avondale. You should navigate by miles from the Huey Long Bridge.

Expect to leave reeking of garlic. You MUST order Oysters Mosca.

They still may be cash-only, so be prepared.

Definitely one of New Orleans's unique dining experiences.
