I have been to New Orleans 4 times and this is the one place I've eaten at every time. The omelets are -- literally -- to die for. The eggs are whipped up in a blender so the omelet when cooked looks massive, but is really light and fluffy. Try the chili cheese omelet. All omelets come with very good fries. and the service is a hoot! But go early. They open at 9:00 and the line has usually already started forming. Bob Wells
