Il Garfagnino Via Cherubini 8 is my own personal favourite. I've been eating there for 17 years, on and off, and it's always brilliant. Closed Mondays, reservation essential (mind you, I have been known to turn up without one and be treated to a free aperitif whilst I waited half an hour for a free table). The phone numbers I have are: 48.00.44.83, and 481.41.91, but it's an old card, so they may have changed. cheers
