It is not just an excellent Turkish restaurant, it is possibly the best Turkish food we have ever had. The fare is authentic. We had a few appetizers, a Shepherd's Salad (Choban Salatasi), and an Iskender Kebob. The last is a Turkish gyros (doner kebob), expcet the meat is on a bed of pita with a tomato based sauce. As it is a very rich dish, it comes with yogurt on the side. The stuffed grape leaves were, as were the kebob, some of the best we have had, and the sigara borek (literally cigarette pastry, from its shape - it contains cheese) was wonderful. We will be back again and again. The Turkish coffee is also authentic, as is the Turkish tea, although the latter came in a big mug rather than the traditional small glasses. The sutlac (rice pudding) also was wonderful. My wife has a contract job in Indianapolis, and I don't live there. I am truly jeolous that Indianapolis has a Turkish restaurant at all, and more because it is so great. They do have a Web site - http://www.thebosphorus.com/
