You should re-route your trip to take you through Fort Wayne.  House of Hunan (ok, it's Chinese, not Indian) is a *fantastic* restaurant - my very favorite there.
* Vegetarian Sai-Woo duck (Fried Gluten).
* Veg. Kung Pao (spicy hot with Gluten).
* plus more, those 2 are my favorite dishes there.
