Wow that was a good dinner! We went last night. One of the line chefs is a good friend so she prepared a special app platter with the crawfish balls, goat cheese bierkaste, woodland mushroom quesidila, and shrimp. That was an amazing start. I was planning on the Hawaii theme so this little surprise forced me to abandon the Ahi Poke (tuna tartar with sesame and macadamia nuts) but I was still very happy. My entree was the wood grilled tuna (rare) with greens and sweet mashed potatoes. For dessert, I got the chocolate devils food cake with bannana-sour cream ice cream. The food was excellent. The wine was excellent. The service was excellent. The ambiance was excellent. It was all excellent. Clbe
