Based on limited personal experience I again recommend Tre Kronor (Swedish) between Kedzie and Kimball (~3300W) on Foster. My yardstick is eggs benedict, and I am a salmon addict, so the salmon benedict clearly was designed especially for me, and I am most appreciative. Everything is delicious. Expect to wait more than half an hour for Sat and Sun brunch.
