I just want to point out the horrid excuse for a restaurant on the Northwest corner of Cermak and Wentworth is not affiliated in any way with the Three Happiness at 209 W Cermak. At one time the two restaurants were affiliated but, the current owner, Ray, bought the 209 location wok, stock and barrel over ten years ago and, while the larger original has sunk as low as a restaurant can go, Ray's 'Little' Three Happiness keeps getting better.
'Little' Three Happiness is one of, if not my favorite, restaurant in Chicago, I ate lunch there on Wednesday.
