: Healthy? Well, if the ingredients were clean to begin with and it's been : kept that way and properly chilled - if they plan on this I'd hope the stuff : expected to sell Sunday were just short of frozen - I'd think it would be : okay. I'm not so sure about the tastiness of it. Surface oxidation makes : it look and taste less good, and rolls really aren't as nice when the : seaweed has gotten soggy - at least IMO. Last night we enjoyed some nice : fresh rolls - I was snacking as I was slicing it. Alas, the avocado : deceived me: it was edible but not optimally ripe.

This weekend, I went earlier, and can report that the sushi "cart"
was in operation, and new selections being prepared Sunday morning.

: I would suggest you let your nose and tongue be your guide, assuming you : have the minimum necessary trust that their product is fit to eat to begin : with: try some on Saturday, if that seems okay try some Sunday. If it still : tastes good enough, if the texture is okay by you, then enjoy the : convenience. If not, skip it.

Seaweed was slightly weak, and the sashimi was "thin", but the avocado
was in good shape. The wasabi/ginger was definitely a B-, but the crab
was quite good (or was it crab-product?). etc. Price was not much
better than the local japanese restaraunt's "sushi special".
