 Try Hatsuhana at 160 E. Ontario.  It is the best in the city.

Don't forget Ginza on E. Ohio Street just east of State.

Second that one. Its also the closest to you.
Walk North on Michigan Ave to Ontario, turn right and you are there. (One block in Next to Bice)

It is definately the best in Chicago (Downtown).
If you ever get to NY, try Hatsuhana there too.
(Better, but more $$$)
Try their Hamachikama (?sp?) if available.
