Jackson Harbor Grill (6401 S Coast Guard Dr., 773 288-4442) is a true hidden treasure: fantastic lake views, great soul/Creole food, and live jazz during Sunday brunch. (I don't know about alcohol, but it does have a liquor license.) It's about five blocks south of the Museum of Science & Industry on the south side. Also, I don't think it's legal to sell alcohol before 11am on Sunday -- not that anyone's buying, since we're all in church. Right. - p.
