A few weeks ago, I was visiting a friend on the far north side and she took me to the place she goes whenever she gets a craving for falafil or hummos or baba ghanouge or tabouleh. It's this little eat-in or carry-out place in the Lincoln Village Shopping Center on McCormick Boulevard, across from K-mart. The food was quick, terrific, and very reasonably priced. Certainly, I'd rather be at Reza's--but this place was a handy strip-mall substitute for a fast falafil fix: Kabob Inn 6257-B N.
