If you are staying at the Palmer House Russian Tea Time is wonderful as well as the Berghoff but my favorite is just up the street on Wabash, across form Marshall Fields in the Garland Building. Heaven on Seven. It is on the seventh floor and if you don't have lunch there, their softshell po-boy and gumbo is divine, then go for breakfast. Cheese grits, andouille sausage, and eggs over easy. Truly heaven on seven!
