Flowers Pot is at 7328 N. Clark (phone is 773-761-4388). My husband and I thought it was very interesting. Its a hole in the wall place with what I am assuming is pretty authentic Belizean cuisine. Our server was friendly and informative and we had a nice chat with the owner about life in Belize. I had the stewed chicken. It was very flavorful and the meat was falling off the bones. Most of the meals come with rice and beans but it is made two different ways. One way is where the rice and beans are mixed together. My husband had it that way and found it to be a bit dry. I had what I think was called stewed beans with rice. The rice was served separate and the beans were in gravy. Imho it is much better the latter way.

There is another Belizean restaurant called Tickies at 7605 N. Paulina (phone 773-973-3913.
