I've lunched there a couple of times. You have the option of doing the buffet lunch or ordering off the menu, but I recommend the buffet. When I was there, they had at least two or three soups, several different salads, a couple of carved roasts, chicken and fish dishes, yummy side dishes...everything was very good, and you certainly can't beat the view from up there.

I would recommend calling ahead for reservations, especially during the busy summer tourist season.
