Casa De La Puebla, across from the grocery store on Blue Island, same side of the street. I've been in there 7 times and I'm the closest thing to a white person who dines there. Steam tables dinette service. Excellent!

For seafood, the ostioneria across the street from Nueva.....forget the name. Best times to eat there are Thursday thru Sunday. Excellent snapper.
