The best breakfast, lunch, and dinner place with a crative menu at reasonable prices is the Lemont Street Cafe, at Lemont Rd. (Main Street) and 75th St.

Clara's is wonderful for Italian. It's on IL53 just north of Hobson Road (which is an extension of 63rd St.)

We gravitate to the Jockey Restaurant, 61st and Cass Avenue in Westmont, for Chinese.

Bistro Banlieue (sp?) in the Yorktown Convenience Mall at Butterfield Rd. and Highland Ave. (yet another name for Main Street) is _very_ good but a little pricier.

The Shree Restaurant in the strip mall behind the Jewel at Cass and Ogden Avenues is a fascinating Indian Vegetarian Restaurant.

If you like greasy, down-home central European cooking, the Golden Duck on Ogden Avenue west of Fairview Ave. is hard to beat.

Founder's Hill is a microbrewery with pretty good food in downtown DG.

Vivaldi, and Italian restaurant, just opened in downtown DG a few days ago. We are going to try it Wednesday night.

For desserts and scrumptious bakery items, Toni-Marie's Sweets and Savories near Washington and First Streets in Hinsdale is way out in front of everyone else.

Dine well!
