It is quite large and very fresh, since their customer base is huge. Their soups are also good, especially the tortilla soup and the minestrone (my favorites.) Although this place is strictly cafeteria dining, it works from the same kitchen as the more upscale restaurant upstairs in the lobby of the BOT. Cellar's Market (basement) 141 W. I really like Greens and Things downtown..unfortunately, they are carryout only. They have several locations - Lake and Wells, Madison between Wabash and Michigan, Adams between Wabash and State. The Claim Company at 900 N. Michigan has a great salad bar. Lots of selection. They of course sell booze too!
