I was there. Good atmosphere. You walk in the door (downtown chicago one) and smell grilling, the wood and decor say "eat meat" see the huge grills, etc. It makes you want to eat what they are serving.

The summer outdoor tables are verry nice. Not as niosy as you'd think.

I'd suggest the meat sampler platter and beercan chicken, though nothing looked "bad."

My goodness, what kind of deal must they get from their meat distributor! Like $1.50 a pound for t-bones?

I ate at the Weber Grill restaurant in the Chicago suburbs (Wheeling) in July 2002 and would never go there again. The hamburgers, ordered medium or medium rare, were well-done shoe leather. When I complained, the chef came out and instead of apologizing, said "well, overcooking happens some times." Can't cook hamburgers properly and this is supposed to be a barbecue restaurant? The decor is also bar room tavern style, hardly in line with their prices or menu. Weber cheapens the quality image of its manufactured products with this restaurant.
