Generally I would move away from O'Hare towardChicago. Take Harlem South, for Italian.Tratoria Bellavia Dinner for two 30-50$ plus wine and tips. 3811 N. Harlem (312) 286-5568 Devon is full of Ethnic mainly Indian restaurants. I would recommend Handhi 2601 W. Devon (312) 761-8714 price for two <30$ + or Moti Mohal 2525 W.Devon (312) 262-2080 same prices or Ha Shalom 2905 W. Devon (312) 465-5675 same prices for Middle East and Israeli. Lawrence Ave. for Korean -Korean Restaurant 2659 W. Lawrence (312) 878-2095 with grills open 24hr. low prices

Always call ahead. I do.
Enjoy. I like Chicago Mag. for info.
