I would vote for Everest, followed by Seasons.  Jimmy's Place is closed and the CCR is a little tired.  You might add the Dining Room at the Ritz Carlton to your list.

      I like it. Good hearty food and cheap. Mostly american fare with
some greek dishes. Closer to being a diner than a cafe.
