Billy Boy's has a great gyros sandwich or platter...also a fantastic BBQ pork sandwich. 6400 W. 95th Street (Ridgeland + 95th St) Chicago Ridge.

Try Cross Rhodes in Evanston, Chicago Avenue north of Main Street.

Not only are they among the very best, they are extremely generous and inexpensive. The small gyros is more than enough for anyone.

It use to be good, no longer worth a trip. Now if you like grease - might fill the bill.

If you want some good gyros that isn't made by Kronos, try:

Mykonos Greek Restaurant
8660 W Golf Rd
Niles, IL 60714-5600
Phone: (847) 296-6777

Good saganaki also.
