Regarding Pasteur Restaurant, I disagree about their food. I found it to be rather good. It's ture that the prices are a bit high, however the atmosphere is wonderful- a great "date" restaurant. Pasteur has come a long way from it's drab location (yet good food)in Uptown and was probably very similar to your description of Nhu Hua approximately 5 years ago when it was just a hole in the wall. Nothing personal, I just disagree. Kim
