The restaurant is a steak and seafood place, very upscale, and VERY EXPENSIVE. But it was so highly recommended to me that I saved up and went. And I don't regret it for a second. First, there is the most incredible garlic-cheese bread brought to the table. Melts in your mouth! I ordered the cesear salad (the best I've ever had; it was made fresh from scratch at the table), then the lobster & prime rib (if you're going to spend the money, might as well go all out, right?), and then the bananas foster for dessert (again, made fresh at the table, served flambe'). The total (with tax & tip) for my dinner was $80. Ouch. But worth it, since I won't be back for who knows how long. Anyway, I suggest, beg, implore, require, and demand that you go to Hy's if it is within your vacation budget. You won't be sorry. Brian
