Good Dim Sum...

I don't know if this has been discussed before, but does anyone have a recommendation for a restaurant that serves good Dim Sum?

The best I've had is in Honolulu at the Seafood Palace in the Chinese Cultural Center. Been there nearly a dozen times and it is consistently good. If you go to Hawaii, it's worth the trip and the wait in line to eat there. A close second go to the places I visited in Hong Kong.

Knowing where I've eaten, can anyone make a rcommendation for a place that has a good variety, lots of steam carts with plenty of food, a good veggie offering, halfway friendly wait staff, and also be authentic? I know that's a lot to ask for, but my alternative is to wait for my next trip to Hawaii.

Thanks in advance. BTW, please include a phone number or address if possible.
