If you should happen to stop in Soltau at Lueneburger Heide between Hamburg and Hannover, I recommend you to try Wirtshaus zur Post. They serve dishes in the traditionell german style, ( Gurbuergerlige Kueche ). Especially their dishes from Schwaben are in my opinion first-rate.
