Some of the best bbq pork hash I've ever eaten (actually, THE best...) was at Sconyer's in Augusta. Heaven on a plate... Unfortunately Sconyer's is only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday, so you have to time your visit just right. Brian--saw your note about Memphis in May.
