I know of three excellent Japenese rest. in Atlanta. Hasiguchi Jr. near Lenox Square has a limited menu but the sushi is always first rate. Nakato has a more traditional fare with Tatami rooms. Suntory is in Buckhead, I have been there twice the, one of which was excellent the other time I was not so pleased. For what you are seeking Nakato is probably your best choice. It is on Cheshire Bridge road, sorry I don't have the number. There is one more rest. that I have heard excellent things about but have never been. It is in the lobby of the hotel Nikko in Buckhead, it is very! pricey. Godd Luck

They cater to Japanese business men on expense acounts. There is a good yakitori place in Buckhead where Peachtree and Roswell Road split called Yakitori Den Chan. Don't if they are still open, but they serve only yakitori. Pete Wung
