      My wife and I had a great experience at CHARLOT on our
honeymoon.  We had a large tray of raw shellfish on ice with at least a dozen varieties of escargot, oysters, crabs etc.  For bouillabaisse, it MIGHT be worth a small side trip to NICE <g>
