A wonderful bistro. They don't speak much English but they're in the guidebooks & used to serving foreigners. If you're willing to struggle a bit with the language, so are they. Whatever you've heard about the rudeness of Parisians doesn't apply here.
The mixture is about 30-50% tourists, balance locals.
For about $15-$20 you'll get a prix fixe meal, one glass of wine & dessert.
