So what *is* good in Orlando?

I took a budget trip to DW in August and stayed at the Hyatt Orlando. The adjacent strip mall included a steakhouse called Charley's.

Two of us split a 32 oz. oak-grilled porterhouse for $22 plus a $4 plate charge that provided us both with soup, salad, choice of potatoes, vegetables and endless hot rolls with butter.

The following month, a business associate visited Charley's at my suggestion. He's a super-carnivore and gave the place a rave rating.

Check it out. Straightforward food; pleasant ambience, with full bar and good value. Free parking out front. Cards and reservations accepted. Only drawback was the whole place is the "smoking section."
