Try the "Boar's Head" at the west end of P.C. Beach. And "The Shack" ("Le Shack ??") in Panama City, near the Ramada on the Bay. During off season call ahead to determine which night(s) they are closed.

Also, the Sunset has a good seafood buffet with crab legs as well as an extensive regular menu.  Don't miss the desserts...they are unreal.  Its easy to find, on the beach near the pier.
