How about Maison et Jardin?  I think it's in Altamonte Springs, not too far from Orlando.  Very romantic, excellent food, good wine list.  We went there twice on our honeymoon many years ago, and went back again when visitng Florida and found it to still be quite wonderful.

Definitely second the Maison & Jardin suggestion.

Also, if you like steak houses like Ruth's Chris, you should love Del Frisco's -- just west of I-4 at the Winter Park exit. (Lee Road)

At the other end of town there's Le Coq au Vin -- a fine French restaurant.

Just to name a few.
