Any good restaurants in Daytona

The Sunday brunch at Aunt Catfish's in South Daytona is great. I think they open at around 8:30am or so. At 11:00am they start to serve carved roast beef & baked ham. They have fabulous cinnamon rolls they make from scratch. They serve all sorts of meats, salads, breads. They also have 2 chefs making omelets & pancakes while you watch. Their price is under $12.00 per person. I can only remember that the restaurant is down A1A, over a small bridge & it's on the water.

I only have a second-hand recommendation for you, as I have not made it to this restaurant yet to check it out. Called Aunt Catfish's, it is a mainly seafood restaurant, also not located right in Daytona Beach. It is, I think, in Port Orange, which is south of Daytona Beach (probably not as far in the other direction as the restaurant in Flagler was). It is on the mainland side of the bridge over the intercoastal waterway in Port Orange. Supposed to be very good, but like I said, can't say so for myself. I think they are informal/casual, and don't be scared off by the name; their fare is not limited to catfish!!

Some of the restaurants which I *have* been to in Daytona and thought were worthy of another visit had gone out of business when I was there again - - either the restaurant business is just very fickle, or my idea of good food isn't shared by the rest of the world.
