Hello,
Over spring break last year, I was out in Denver with my friend, and
we took his sister out to her favorite place for prime rib. The resturant is called the CHART HOUSE. It's west of the city. About 20 minutes away (I think).
My friend and I each had the large prime rib dinner (about 20 oz.), and
his sister had the smaller portion (about 14 oz.). Soup, salad, etc. were also included. The service was fantastic, and the food even better.
This is the only place around Denver I know of that has a great steak/
prime rib. Hope you enjoy.
