Found a Russian Cafe called "The Little Russian Cafe", or something very close to that. Have a fruit vodka. 8-))) I had the goulash. It was out of this world. Everyone I was with loved the place. It is downtown. I walked there from the Embassy Suites Hotel. Look in the yellow pages for the address. Get reservations if you go in a large group or on weekends. The price was $20/person with a glass of "Bull's Blood" wine.

Can't wait to get back to Denver.

Try the Brewery Bar II. Great Mexican food, authentic and the best in the Denver/Boulder area as far as I am concerned. Their address is

                  150 Kalamath

Call before you go, they have some unusual hours on some days and I am not sure of the exact schedule.

I like "Greens" for moderately priced "healthy" food. It's downtown on Colfax just east of the Capitol.

Chives American Bistro on 6th Avenue (around Downing?) is good too but a little more expensive.

Strings has great but expensive food. I find the atmosphere there to be a bit pretentious.

When you get into town, pick up a Westword (free tabloid available in stands) for their restaurant and entertainment info.
