On the west end of Pearl Street (a block past where the mall ends) try Narayan's Nepalese.
Just off of Pearl near the city building, there's Bangkok Cuisine for Thai.
A couple blocks east of the end of the Pearl Street mall check out the Rio Grande for the best margaritas in the world and pretty good tex-mex.
