A few votes for my favorite restaurants in Denver/surrounding area: The Morrison Inn in Morrison, Co (Just south of Red Rocks Amphitheatre) serves some of the best mexican food in Denver and some of the best (& largest) margaritas I have ever slurped...Get there early on the weekends because its always packed and I don't think they take reservations... The best "nice" restaurant that I have >ever< eaten at is the Briarwood Inn in Golden, Colorado...Probably $25-30 for a dinner but everything is included (except drinks of course.) You get a great spinach salad with rasberry sauce to start, then you choose an entree (I like the Briarwood Medalions: little lobster tail, little veal, and a little Filet Mignon)....For desert they bring you a big platter of fruits, brownies, etc, and my favorite: Fried Bananas covered in Coconut....mmmmm....
