Mexican in Colorado Springs, CO

While visiting Colorado last week, I was taken to the Mission Bell Inn (the one west of I-25, near Garden of the Gods - apparently there are two unrelated places with the same name in CS!). IMHO, the food there was terrific. I'm not an expert, but I did once have a quite sophisticated (in terms of quisine) Mexican friend from Acapulco, and I've spent a *lot* of time in Albuquerque - and this was the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. The quality of every dish, even the tacos (beef, chicken, and chorizo), was superb. The accompanying Negra Modelo was a welcome alternative to Dos Equis - too bad they don't have Simpatico as well!

It's an original family-owned restaurant, run by two brothers, and open for dinner only, very casual, and very nice decor.

Any other opinions, or alternatives in the Springs area for our next trip?

Thanks!
