Thanks in advance, "Great" BBQ in Denver is somewhat of a misnomer. "Pretty Good" BBQ in Denver can be had at Sam Taylor's The Link's at City Park Golf Course, M&D's Cafe on E. @8th ave. KaddyShack, yet another golf course restaurant between Westminster and Boulder, has gotten some favorable word of mouth, but I haven't been there yet. For Mexican/Southwest, you'll have much better luck. My favorite southwest place is Las Brisas, out by the Denver Tech Center. Also, Cafe Igauna in Cherry Creek is getting good press for it's adventurous Yucatan cusine. For standard green chile type places, everyone has a favorite -- some of mine are Rosa Linda's and La Loma in North Denver, and Taqueria Patzucaro, near Sloan's Lake. Also, try Juanita's Uptown on E. 17th ave. jimo
