There is a new Vietnamese restaurant in Southwest Denver which my wife and I highly recommend. It is called TMT and is located at 8966 W. Bowles, basically across Bowles from Southwest Plaza in the same shopping center as Cycle Logic. We have been there twice for dinner and really enjoyed it--great food, large portions, very interesting ingredients and sauces. They are having a twenty percent off sale until Sept 15 to celebrate their grand opening.

Why am I posting this? We love Vietnamese food and are excited about having such a good restaurant near our home. We want to see them stay in business!

Give TMT a try. You will not be disappointed. Try the Chef's Clay Pot or Lamb Chops with Vietnamese cole slaw.

The Tewa Inn in Denver is also excellent. Superb little lamb chops.
