Well there is a wonderful little french rest. in longmont CO.
(sort of between Boulder and Denver on the Diagonal Hwy. just ask) The name is Le Sebanton, and it is on the east side of main st. I think it's between 3rd and 4th st. phone number is 303-776-3686. Reservations are probably a good idea on friday or saturday.
They also have a great wine cellar and a wide selection of
scotch labels.
Food is great, and reasonably priced (they have something called the
Gastronomique (sp?) which is a 9 (yes NINE) course meal, which price varies depending upon the main course, but is usually in th $40 - $50 range).
